Currently a Head of Development and Innovation in Estonian Maritime Administration. Previously have held the positions of PSCO, FSCO and Lead Auditor at Estonian Maritime Administration, worked in crew management at Marlow Navigation Co. Ltd., and before that as deck/chief officer on cargo vessels. Have graduated Tallinn Technical University with Master of Science degree, cum laude.
