Mr. David Kerr currently serves as the Head of Unit - Transport, Telecoms and Energy at Permanent Representation of Malta to the European Union. He has held the Maritime Attache position at the Permanent Representation of Malta to the European Union between 2010-2015 yy. Prior to his appointment as the Maritime Attache he has held several positions within the European Maritime Safety Agency and the Transport Malta.
