Randee E. Day is President and CEO of Day & Partners, LLC., a maritime consulting and advisory group specializing in advising shipping companies, financial institutions and private equity firms. Ms. Day has 35 years of experience in executive leadership, corporate governance, restructuring and maritime finance. She has served as CEO of vessel public vessel owning/operating companies, as a senior lending officer, and as an advisor on $1 billion plus M&A and restructuring transactions. She is a deemed financial expert under SEC guidelines and has served as Chair of Audit and Governance committees of numerous publicly traded maritime companies.

Ms. Day founded Day & Partners LLC, in 2011 after stepping down as CEO of DHT Holdings, Inc. From 2011 to 2012, Day & Partners acted as co-advisor with Moelis and Company on the successful $1.4 billion restructuring of General Maritime Corp, one of the world’s largest publicly traded oil tanker companies.
